Registration Fees

• Full conference fee includes: One paper registration (additional papers will be charged by 190 € with a max of 1 additional paper), Attendance at all the Sessions, Conference Proceedings on electronic support, Conference Materials, Gala dinner, Welcome Cocktail, Lunches and Coffees.
• Student fee includes: Attendance at all the Sessions, Conference Proceedings on electronic support, Conference Materials, Gala dinner, Welcome Cocktail, Lunches and Coffees. The Student fee does not include paper registration for which a full conference fee is required.
• Accompanying person fee includes: Social Banquet, Welcome Cocktail and possible social activities organized during the Conference.
• ICEM Membership fee: For those interested in joining ICEM NPO, note that the ICEM membership fee (30 €) is already included in the registration fee. For students, the ICEM membership is free

IMPORTANT: INVITATION LETTERS FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS

Invitation letters are only issued for registered attendants. Any user needing an invitation letter can download it during the registration once he/she has registered and the payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

All changes/cancellations must be submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat: icem2022-reg@kenes.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:

REGISTRATION FEE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Until the 30th of July 2022: The Conference Secretariat will refund 50% of the registration fee. After this date, all the registration fees are non-refundable.
